Our patient’s and our staff’s safety and well-being are always our top concern and, like you, we have been closely monitoring the latest COVID-19 developments. With the release of the latest guidelines and protocols, we are instituting the following temporary changes to our daily operation. Effective immediately:
1. TCVC will move to “drop-off” appointments only, as the lobby will be closed to provide you the safety of social distancing. Please call the office at 352-343-0300 when you arrive for your appointment and a care professional will meet you at your vehicle and bring your pet inside for evaluation. Your companion animal will receive our full attention and care while our medical team communicates with you by phone, just as if you were inside.
2. Again, for your safety and following the suggestions and protocols of this challenging time, WELLNESS HOURS, typically held on Tuesday and Thursday, will be temporarily suspended. We will do our best to make accommodations during scheduled drop-off appointments.
3. Finally, we will be adding to our already high standards of cleanliness and sanitation by closing an hour earlier than originally published to allow additional time for enhanced cleaning procedures.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to do everything we can to provide a safe, sanitary and caring environment to our clients, patients and staff. Thank you for trusting us with your companion animals and for your patience as we all work through the COVID-19 requirements.
